Staffing & Practice Support
The right person on your team,
without the overhead of hiring one.
Vetted, healthcare-trained Patient Coordinators and Practice Managers — embedded in your practice, priced by the hour. A standalone staffing service, separate from our Revenue Cycle Management offering.

Pricing
Three tiers, one standard of performance.
Every placement is vetted, healthcare-trained, and backed by our operational team — not a generalist hire with a healthcare resume.

Tier 03
Professional Practice Manager
Every senior placement is scoped to the practice — providers, locations, and complexity.
Executive-level operations for practices ready to scale.
For multi-provider or multi-location practices that need a senior operator — someone who can own operational decisions, coordinate growth planning, and align your teams without adding a full-time hire.

- Multi-location / multi-provider oversight
- Credentialing & enrollment process coordination
- Growth & expansion planning support
- Direct collaboration with Sharp's principal team
- Custom reporting & KPI dashboards

Staffing and Revenue Cycle Management work well together, but they're separate services. A Practice Manager coordinates your operations and front office — they don't process claims or run your billing. Practices that pair a PM with Sharp's RCM service get both layers covered: operations owned by your manager, revenue owned by our principal team. Explore Revenue Cycle Management →

FAQ
Common questions
How fast can a coordinator or manager start?
Most placements are active within two to four weeks of scoping. We match from our vetted pool of healthcare-trained staff, so there's no open job posting or screening-from-scratch delay.
Do they work remotely or on-site?
Our placements work remotely by default, which keeps overhead low and keeps your hourly rate where it is. On-site arrangements are available for Professional Practice Manager engagements — those are scoped individually.
Is this the same as your Revenue Cycle Management service?
No — these are two separate services. Staffing places a person on your team to run operations, scheduling, and front-office workflows. Revenue Cycle Management is a fully managed billing service: claims, denials, collections, and credentialing handled end-to-end. Many practices use both together; each is priced and scoped independently.
Can we change tiers as our practice grows?
Yes. Moving from a Coordinator to a Practice Manager — or adding both — is straightforward. We scope the transition so there's no operational gap and no lost context.
Are they trained specifically for healthcare?
Every placement has prior healthcare operations experience: insurance workflows, EHR systems, patient-facing communication, and the compliance standards that come with handling PHI. We don't place general administrative staff in clinical environments.
Staff your practice like it's already scaling.
