Privacy Policy
Last updated October 29, 2026
This policy explains what information Sharp Networks Group LLC ("Sharp Networks," "we," "us") collects through sharpnetgroup.com and in the course of our business, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it.
1. Information we collect
- Contact and consultation forms: your name, email, phone number, practice name and the details you choose to send us.
- Job applications and training: the information you include in an application, and your name, email and progress when you enroll in a training path or take an exam.
- Purchases: your name and email. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Website analytics: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site, collected through Google Analytics cookies.
Please do not send patient information or any protected health information (PHI) through our website forms.
2. Patient information we handle for clients
When a practice hires us for billing, credentialing or practice support, we handle PHI only on that practice's behalf, under a Business Associate Agreement and the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules. We use it only to perform the services the practice asked for, and we follow the practice's instructions and our agreement with them. Patients with questions about their information should contact their provider.
3. How we use information
- To answer your questions, prepare proposals and provide our services.
- To review job applications and deliver training and certificates.
- To process payments and keep records required for taxes and accounting.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, and only what they need:
- Stripe for payments.
- Email and form providers (such as EmailJS) to receive form submissions and send emails.
- Google Analytics for site statistics.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights in a legal dispute.
5. How we protect it
We use HTTPS across the site, rely on providers with industry-standard security, limit access to staff who need it, and use individual logins with two-factor authentication on the accounts that hold your data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact and application information for as long as it is useful for the purpose you sent it, and financial records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes (generally 7 years). Client records are kept as required by our agreements with each practice.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing contact@sharpnetgroup.com. Depending on your state (for example, California), you may have additional rights; we will honor them as required by law. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
8. Children
This site is for healthcare practices and professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: contact@sharpnetgroup.com, Sharp Networks Group LLC, 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901.
10. Business Tools and Integrations
- Internal tools: we use QuickBooks Online (by Intuit) for accounting and invoicing, and Hubstaff for staff time tracking and payroll. Where we connect these tools to our own systems, the connection reaches only Sharp Networks' own company accounts. Information from them, such as customer and invoice records or staff hours, is used only to run our business and is never used for advertising or sold.
- Internal use only: these integrations are operated by Sharp Networks staff for our own operations. They are not offered to clients or other third parties, and they do not collect information from visitors to this site.
