No. Graduates are the first people we consider when we place billing specialists and practice managers with the practices we work with. Hiring depends on open roles, your assessment results and an interview.
Yes. The core modules count for every path, and the front office module is shared by Patient Coordinator and Practice Manager, so your second path is shorter. Each path has its own exam, assessment and certificate.
Yes. If Sharp hires you, or places you with a client practice, and you are still in the role after 90 days, we refund your full fee.
Yes. Every lesson is open. You pay when you want to be assessed and certified, which is where our team spends its time with you.
Anyone can apply. We look at financial need, relevant experience, whether you are bilingual in English and Spanish, veteran or military-spouse status, and why you want this career. A practice that plans to hire you can also sponsor your fee. Approved applicants receive a code to use at checkout.
You will speak with US patients, clinicians and practice owners, so you need to be comfortable holding a phone call in English. Spanish is a plus.
They enter the certificate ID on the verification page, or open the link printed on the certificate. It shows the name, path, issue date and whether it is valid.
