Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use sharpnetgroup.com and the guides, training and other materials on it (the "Site") from Sharp Networks Group LLC ("Sharp Networks," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. Client services

Billing, credentialing and practice support services are provided under a separate written agreement with each practice, including a Business Associate Agreement where required. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

2. Information, not professional advice

Guides, rate tables and articles on the Site are general information. They are not legal, tax, accounting or billing-compliance advice, and payer rules change often. Confirm decisions with your payers and a qualified professional in your state.

3. Training and purchases

Training paths, exams and certificates are for personal use by the person who enrolled. Prices are in US dollars, and payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. A certificate shows that you completed our training; it is not a government or payer credential.

4. Use of the Site

Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk, or send us patient information or PHI through its forms. Content on the Site belongs to Sharp Networks. You may share links and quote short passages with credit, but you may not republish or resell our materials.

5. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sharp Networks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or its materials.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

7. Changes and contact

8. Business Tools and Integrations

• Internal tools: Sharp Networks uses QuickBooks Online (by Intuit) for accounting and invoicing, and Hubstaff for staff time tracking and payroll. Any connection we build between these tools and our own systems works only with Sharp Networks' own company accounts.
• Internal-use license: those integrations are licensed for Sharp Networks' internal use only. They are not sold, licensed or made available to clients or third parties. Use of QuickBooks Online and Hubstaff themselves is governed by Intuit's and Hubstaff's own terms.
